Blogosphere Trends + Interview Tips

This column is written by Kimberly Turner from Regator (a great tool that gathers and organizes the world’s best blog posts) – Darren

Think interviews are best left to Barbara Walters, news reporters, or magazine journalists? Think again. Conducting interviews for your blog helps create unique content, increases your blog’s authority, and adds an additional voice of expertise. In today’s post, we’ll look at how some bloggers covered this week’s most talked-about stories using interviews and how you can use interviews to your advantage. As always, the weekly blogosphere trends have been provided by Regator.com.

1.  Proposition/Prop 8 – The Courage Campaign Institute’s blog, Prop 8 Trial Tracker, has been traveling the United States, doing video interviews with both supporters and protesters of gay marriage. One interview in particular, from “An amazing 24 hours: Round-up of NOM tour and marriage equality news,” was featured by several other bloggers and news organizations. Creating exclusive content that is picked up by other media outlets gives you opportunities to build your blog’s reputation as a voice of authority in your niche.

2.  Steven Slater – There are a lot of ways to secure an interview and, while stalking apartment building elevators as City Room did for “Flight Attendant Had Long Imagined Escaping Down Chute” certainly isn’t your best first option, it did do the trick and prove that a bit of persistence and thinking outside the box can lead to an unexpected win. Try a brief, polite email or phone call first, detailing what you’d like to talk about, the amount of time you expect it to take, why you are interested in talking with that individual in particular, and when/where the piece will be published.

3.  Jennifer Aniston – You don’t always need to interview the big celebrity to create a useful post. For “Jennifer Aniston Not ‘Destructive,’ Say Parenting Experts,” PopEater talked with parenting experts about Aniston’s newest role. Insights from a social psychologist, a parenting expert, and a mommy blogger add information and expertise. If you blog in a particular niche, you should be working right now to build relationships with experts in your field. Keep a database of people who can be interviewed or quoted on your topic.

4.  Teen Choice Awards – Odds are you won’t be joining PopSugar on the red carpet of the Teen Choice Awards (“David Beckham and Twilight Take Over Teen Choice, Zac Tips Vanessa’s Sexy Dance, and Ashley’s Bikini Party”) and unless your blog is focused on celebrity gossip or pop culture, you probably wouldn’t want to. But the good news is that “regular” people (aka non-celebrities) can be just as exciting and interesting—often more so because, unlike stars, the average Joe isn’t media trained to spit out PR-approved soundbites. I interviewed musicians and actors for years and, to this day, one of my favorite interviews was with a cop who’d been fired for perpetrating a Bigfoot hoax. People are interesting if you give them a chance.

5.  CEO Mark Hurd – Keep in mind that, because these are the week’s most blogged-about stories, the blogs that are able to score interviews with the high-profile individuals involved are likely to be larger entities, such as The Wall Street Journal’s Digits blog. But that doesn’t mean that there’s nothing to learn from them when it comes to growing your blog. “

Interview: Bradley Nordstrom

Bradley Nordstrom is a 10 year old affiliate and blogger who is very well known for commenting on several Internet marketing blogs. We were lucky enough to snag this exclusive interview and I think you'll find that it is a very entertaining read and a great look into the life of one of the youngest affiliates and bloggers the world has ever known.

Tell us a little about your background info about yourself. Where are you from? How old are you? How long have you been using the Internet?
I am from Wellington, Florida and I still live there now. I am an awesome 10 year old and my birthday is October 20th. I have been using the internet for 5 years now. I first started blogging with my blog www.bradleyiscool.com then when I turned 9 I got into affiliate marketing. Affiliate marketing is one of the most important things I do to make money now next to blogging. My parents and I also run an infotainment paper called "Tidbits". You might have heard of it.

What accomplishments so far are you most proud of?
The accomplishments I am most proud of is being a young 10 year old that makes over $5,000 a month. I am also proud of being invited to People To People International which is a organization that picks kids from all over the world and those kids get to go to different countries. I am going to go to Ireland, England, Wales, and Scotland.

Your main website is BradleyIsCool.com. How cool are you and how did you get to be so cool?
I am awesomely cool and I got this cool because I have a cool blog. My cool blog helped me get really cool because my blog has cool blog posts.

How did you get to be so good at creating websites at such a young age?
Well it all started at "StarBucks". My dad owned a company that created websites. I was really bored at Starbucks so I asked my dad if he could teach me how to make a website and he said yes. So from that day on he kept teaching me all kinds of stuff I couldn't even understand. From that day on whenever we went to the bookstore I got either a HTML or CSS book that taught me everything I needed to know to make my website the best in the world.

How did you come to learn about affiliate marketing? Is this something you want to do when you grow up?
I learned about affiliate marketing when I was 8 1/2. My dad was an affiliate marketer when he was young and he taught me some affiliate marketing. Everyday after school he would teach me one part about affiliate marketing.

What do you think it takes to be successful as an affiliate?
To be a successful affiliate you have to be able to sell at least one product a day. You also have to be able to like being an affiliate.

What have been your biggest failures and frustrations with your websites and schoolwork?
My biggest failure was not listening to my parents for my science project. I had a different answer than they had and I was wrong and they were of course right. My biggest frustration I had with my website bradleyiscool was not posting in 3 weeks! I was on vacation and had no access to the net so I just had to deal with it.

What have you been up to recently? What projects are you working on?
I am creating a business that is going to make wordpress blogs for people. The name of the business is WildWebPro.

What are your greatest strengths?
My greatest strengths are meeting people and making friends.

What are your greatest weaknesses?
Milk is probably my greatest weakness. I can't stand the look and taste of milk.

What motivates you?
Being invited to special groups pretty much is the only thing that motivates me.

What is the best advice you've been given and try to apply it to your life?
My dad teaching me how to blog is the best advice I ever got in my life pretty much.

Who has impacted you most in your life, and how?
My dad because if it wasn't for him I wouldn't be getting this interview right now.

Where do you want to be 10 years from now?
I would like to be living on Hibiscus island in Miami and have a few high end cars like maybe a 7 series BMW and a few Lambo's and Ferrari's. I would also like to make a million dollars a day. I actually know someone that does make a million dollars a day.

How do you like to spend you free time? What do you do for fun?
I like to spend my free time sleeping. What I do for fun is blog. Blogging to me is my favorite thing to do. It is fun and is easy to do. I can tell my fans that I have been to disney world or I can tell them about affiliate marketing.

As you get older, what career choices do you think you will make?
I will probably have the same career choice as a blogger and being an affiliate marketer. I think I might own a multi-blillion dollar business.

BONUS: Bradley breaks down affiliate marketing...

Making Money Online with Jonathan Volk

Jonathan Volk has been extremely successful in the affiliate marketing game, and also for making a name for himself. After starting his blog just a few years ago, he has already passed 30,000 RSS subscribers and already launched two successful programs…. that’s in addition to earning millions of dollars a year through affiliate marketing! Jon is definitely someone to keep an eye on.

The following is my interview with Jonathan Volk from my Six Figure Affiliate Blogging ebook. You can download the full ebook for free at SixFigureAffiliateBlogging.com, which includes over 130 pages of content and interviews with 25 highly successful affiliates and bloggers.

Interview with Jonathan Volk

1.) Please tell us a little about yourself.

My name is Jonathan Volk. I’m a “super affiliate”, blogger, speaker and online entrepreneur. I have been blogging about internet marketing and making money online over at http://www.jonathanvolk.com since 2007. I just recently launched two projects: My Free Affiliate Marketing Guide and my complete guide to advertising on Facebook.

You can read more about me over at http://www.jonathanvolk.com/about

2.) When did you start blogging and how did you first get into it?

I started blogging back in 2005ish on a blog that no longer exists. It was in 2007 that I decided to blog about my journey to making money online and that is when I started JonathanVolk.com. I have now been blogging for over 3 years, and am loving it. Blogging is one of the parts of my business that is not as profitable as the other areas, but I enjoy it too much to not have it be a part of my business.

3.) When starting your blog, did you ever expect it to grow to where it is today?

Not at all. Really it was just for fun. It was not until it started to grow to 1000+ RSS readers that I began to realize the potential.

4.) You’ve now established yourself as one of the top affiliate bloggers. What advice do you have for others looking to bring their blog to their top of their niche?

When I first started blogging, I didn’t take the blog seriously. Sure I would blog regularly but I didn’t treat the blog like my other projects. I highly recommend, if you’re going to blog, that you research some of the blog tip websites like problogger.net, dailyblogtips.com, and bloggingtips.com. In order for you to really take your blog to it’s full potential, you need to utilize the resources that are out there.

5.) After successfully launching your Affiliate Marketing 101 guide and Facebook Ads Guide, do you feel either of these products would have had the same success if you weren’t an established blogger and voice in this niche?

I believe a huge reason these products are a success is because I have been able to build a solid following over 3 years. Now, when I launch anything, I have instant access to tell tens of thousands of people who are interested in making money online.

5.) How have you incorporated affiliate marketing into your blog?

I use affiliate marketing to make money with my affiliate marketing blog. When there is a product or service that I like I usually make a post or two about it with my affiliate links. This has allowed me to earn a nice blog income – the single biggest source of income from my blog.

6.) In your opinion, what is the single best way to monetize a blog?

I would say there is no “best” way, only what’s best for you. Some of the ways that I think work best are to use affiliate marketing, sell ads directly, or create your own product.

7.) What would you recommend for a new blogger, that wants to create their own brand or presence in blogging?

If you want to make a blog for more than just a hobby, you should focus your efforts on learning how to build a good blog. This includes installing an email capture, setting up your RSS on feedburner, blogging regularly, making guest posts, etc. Like I mentioned above, check out the blogs about blogging so you can learn how to be the best blogger there is right from the start.

My wife blogs over at BachmansSparrow.com. She has taken blogging seriously and with my guidance from the things I have learned about blogging, she has been able to build quite a blog following in under a year.

8.) Any recommended blogs or resources for bloggers looking to bring their blog to the next level?

Mentioned above.

9.) Do you have any big announcements or upcoming projects you’d like to tell us about?

I am going to be launching my own coaching forum shortly for Facebook Advertising. This is a service that will go along side my guide to advertising on facebook. I’m really excited about it as it’s going to the be the first forum of it’s kind. (check out Facebook Ads Guide)

2 Products Worth Considering to Improve Your Blog Today

Each week I see multiple products launched targeting bloggers wanting to improve their blogs. I’ve tested many of them in my time and the reality is that most don’t deliver what they promise and I don’t promote them. However from time to time – some hit the mark and present unique and helpful information that delivers real value.

This week there were two of these such products that hit the market. Both are quite different in their focus but both are from experts in their field and will help bloggers improve two important aspects of their blogs:

1. Jon Morrow’s Apprentice Program for Guest Bloggers

Jon is someone who has built a career for himself as a copywriter and blogger using Guest Posting. He’s been a guest poster here on ProBlogger numerous times and is a regular on blogs such as CopyBlogger.

Over the last week or so he’s release a series of great videos (here and here are two) on the topic of guest blogging and this week launched a comprehensive program that literally guarantees to get you a guest post on a high profile blog (if you don’t you’ll get your money back).

Jon’s course is a mix of video, private forum, Q&A calls and one on one interaction with Jon.

Guest blogging is a technique many bloggers have used to launch their blogs to great things and Jon’s the perfect person to talk you through how to do it. Sign up Today Here.

2. Gideon Shalwick’s Rapid Video Blogging

Gideon Shalwick has also taken his blogging to the next level by being prolific at one aspect of online discipline – VIDEO. He too has released a series of great videos this week that talk you through different aspects of using video to make money online (check them out here, here and here – they are free and whether you buy the course or not offer great insights) and today launched a great product – Rapid Video Blogging.

Gideon’s course is massive and comprehensive. It includes 125 instructional videos and transcripts/audio version as well as a heap of great tools and resources including videos with great video bloggers, live interactive sessions for Q&A.

Video is an incredibly dynamic medium and mastering it is something many bloggers need to learn – check out Rapid Video Blogging for more information on just how to do that.

Which one is for You?

Both of these resources come from experts in their fields and will present different value to different bloggers. Neither are super cheap entry level products (you’re getting a heap of content with both) and so you’ll want to consider your needs carefully and view some of the free videos that the guys have produced – but if you’ve been thinking about how to take your blogging up a notch lately and want to make an investment into your learning – do give them both consideration.

They both do come with money back satisfaction guarantees and both Jon and Gideon are people I trust to honour that promise.

I’m looking forward to hearing how you enjoy these courses and seeing how they help you improve your blogs.

What They Don’t Tell You About Successful Product Launches

Many times we see successful product launches being talked about and are so dazzled by the huge sales numbers and income generated but fail to see all the hard groundwork that has been done behind the scenes for months and years before the launch.

Sometimes this is because those talking about their product launches don’t want those considering buying their ‘how to make money’ products to know its actually hard work and sometimes they do tell us but…. well we only hear what we want to and the dream of fast money makes us deaf to the reality.

The reality is that behind every successful online launch there is a lot of groundwork. It might not be as sexy as the actual launch process and it’s result – but it’s just as important. This video encourages bloggers to keep the glamorous big picture launches in mind but to also do the unglamorous daily things that take you closer to the big pay day!

Notes

What They Don’t Tell You About Successful Product Launches Transcript

I’ve had this video transcribed below for those who prefer to get it that way. The transcription provided by The Transcription People.

Have you ever seen a product launch that has done particularly well? We see it a lot in the Internet marketing circles, people selling their own information or products on how to launch a product by talking about how much they made. You know, hundreds of thousands of dollars in a launch or millions of dollars in a launch. These techniques to show what you’ve made are fairly typical in this Internet marketing space. But one of the things that I’ve noticed is that a lot of times when these big launches are being talked about, they’re not talked about in terms of the journey that has gone before the particular launch.

I recently had a big launch on digital photography school, we launched a travel photography book, I’ve talked it about a couple of times on ProBlogger.

The book did really well. We sold 5,000 or so copies in the first week and a half over the launch period and since then have sold another five or six hundred, so it’s, it’s probably around the six figure launch mark, which for me that’s a fairly significant amount of money. As a launch event it was really quite profound, it was quite powerful and it was quite fun to be involved with. But that launch was built on the back of four and a half years of other stuff. It only succeeded and got to that six figure level because I put in four and a half years of work on that particular blog, and even before that four and a half years I’d been blogging about photography on another photography blog for two years, so six and a half years to get a six figure launch. I guess if you were to do the figures on that it probably doesn’t add up to six figures in a month, it kind of adds up to maybe five figures a month if I’m lucky (I never was good at maths).

So what are the foundational things that you need to be working on as a blogger?

You know sometimes we hear about these six and seven figure launches and think there’s no way we could ever do that, but the reality is that you can but, but you need to look it at as a journey, and there’s a whole heap of things that you can do every day to take you a little bit closer to some of these bigger launches that you might want to do one day.

Build a Content Base

Every day over the last eight years on my blogs I have put up content and I’ve tried to make that content the most useful content that I can. So that for me is probably one of the most basic things that you can do every day on your blog to take you closer to that big launch that you might have, useful content, keep adding it to your blog whether it be video, whether it be a pod cast, whether it be a post, whether it be just tweets and, and adding content into the web in different ways.

Build Relationships

Another foundation for me has always been about relationships. Every day you have the opportunity to take yourself closer to that big launch by getting to know someone else on the web, whether that be a potential reader, whether that be another blogger, whether that be just someone who’s interested in the same kind of stuff as you on Twitter, you never know where those relationships will take you. You never know whether that one reader may lead you to thousands of other readers, you never know whether that person may be someone that you can collaborate with later on a particular project. It’s about building relationships. So not only should you be adding content to your blog every day, I’d be searching out for at least one other person that you can connect with, someone that you don’t perhaps know yet that you can begin to get to know. Not with any agenda just to get to know them because who knows where that might end up.

Build Your Skill Set

Another thing that take you closer to these big launches is building your skill set. Adding to your repertoire of things that you can do, your abilities to, to patent design your blog perhaps master a different type of social media so getting, getting to the point where you understand and can use Twitter better. Maybe it’s around video, whatever it might be. There’s so many different things that you can learn, and yeah it’s great to outsource some of these things but it’s also good to learn and know them. If you can add to your own knowledge base you will be taking yourself closer to that big launch one day. You can add to your brand, just little things like, you know, tweaking your design, changing the brand that you have, thinking through what it is that you stand for as a, as a person and as a brand, all of these things can take you a little bit closer to that, that big, that big launch.

Build Your Email List

Another Foundation for me has been about building my email list. Building the number of people who are subscribing to my blog and finding new ways to do that. This is something that you kind of have to set up and let it run to some, some degree, but it’s a day by day thing. Every day as you add people to your list whether they be email subscribers or Twitter followers or RSS subscribers, as you grow that network your influence grows and the potential to have a bigger launch and to have a bigger impact upon more people grows also.

I guess the point of this video is not to come up with a conclusive list of things that you can do that will take you closer to your, your goals one day, but it’s to get you to think about what you can do today, what you can do tomorrow and to think about some of those little things that will take you closer to your ultimate goals. Set yourself some tasks this week. Just little things that you can do, posts that you can write, people that you can interact with, just features that you can add to your blog, new skills that you can learn. All of these things will take you closer to that ultimate goal. It’s great to have the idea of a big product launch in the back of your mind, but at the front of your mind needs to be these sorts of daily activities that will take you closer to that.

DPD – Digital Product Delivery

Back in January, we started on the Facebook Ads Guide project.

When we were done with writing all the content for the guide, we decided it would be easiest if we used ClickBank. That turned out to be a good solution as I feel we got many more affiliates than we would have if we were not on clickbank. Over 770+ affiliates are signed up to promote FBAdsGuide.

The main problem with Clickbank was figuring out a solution for the "Thank you" page. We needed a good solution other than a static "thank you" page to prevent the downloads from being easily shared with people who hadn't paid and we used Digital Product Delivery to do this.

After getting Local lead plan, I found that Chad was using a system called GetDPD. So, I decided to check it out.

GetDPD is a great system that integrates flawlessly with ClickBank for selling information product downloads.

Once the user completes payment on ClickBank's end and clicks through to the download page, DPD takes the variables sent from ClickBank, adds the user to your customer database, and if you opt to they "stamp" the purchaser's email address on every page of a PDF download in order to discourage hosting, sharing, or spreading the purchased guides.

Another great feature of using DPD is that they have great AWeber integration so that you all your buyers' email addresses are automatically imported to an AWeber email list for easy management and the ability to quickly mass email them.

Would I recommend DPD?

When we were getting setup, we ran in to a few hiccups, but their customer support was phenomenal. Seriously, some of the best customer support I have seen. (And, no, it wasn't because I bribed them with writing a post. I don't think they knew about my blog even...)

They quickly made permanent system changes to cater the process to have options for our needs.

Suggestions for the future

The main thing that I would love is if GetDPD decided to create an API of some sort so that I could develop custom download pages on my own server but that used their backend.

If this was possible, I would love the system even more than I already do.

DPD really made the product launch process a whole lot easier and if you're looking to do your own digital product, I highly recommend them!

Bang! Pow! Blog like a Comic Book!

Macro Mondays #5 05/28/07 Theme: B&W

I’ve been reading a ton of comic books lately. Okay, scratch that, I’ve been reading a lot of comic books my whole life but now I am reading a ton of them on my iPad (apps like Graphic.ly, Comixology, Marvel and DC). As I read through them I see that there are some great themes that you should be using for your blog posts. And I’m going to attempt to go and break it down for you.

Establish Your Story

When you pick up a comic book often on the inside cover the comic book story thus far is defined to help newcomers catch up on continuity. So for you as a blogger you should have a great about page that allows someone new to “catch up” on who you are and what you are all about.

Continuity is Key

Comic book geeks are so all about continuity. When a character suddenly does something so outside of their own character or has a power that they never had before it incenses the fans. When you switch up what your blog is about suddenly you will lose fans. If you want to introduce new aspects to your blog do it in a meaningful way and explain it to your readers. If you blog about cars don’t just suddenly blog about makeup. Your readers will come out confused and angry.

Reference Prior Issues

In almost every comic book there is at least one call back to prior issues that lets readers know that something happened. So when you have a blog you should make sure that you deep link to prior posts whenever you can to direct readers back to your older content. Let’s suppose that I pick up issue #4 of a comic book and on each page there is a call back to issue #1. I’m going to want to get issue #1 and read it. The same goes for your posts. When you can, reference back to those great older posts in a deliberate way.

Always End on a Cliffhanger

Each Comic Book issue gives you just enough to suck you in and make you want more. I’ve been reading free copies of comics on my iPad. Many of them are the first issue in a series. I’ve ended up buying the next couple of issues of the comic just because I got sucked in and wanted more. Do that with your blog posts. Each post should leave your reader wanting more content from you.

Until next time True Believers….

How I Quickly Made $700 Profit in 20 Minutes with Tim Sykes

Every week a new product is released and it promises to give you the secrets of wealth and how to make money online. While most of these are rehashed programs, data and learning methods… some of them are actually great. But what if you go could around the product and follow the exact moves of the mastermind itself! That’s exactly what I have been doing for months now with Tim Sykes.

Today’s layout was too perfect not to post about, and I just had to let more of you know about how great Tim Sykes is at stock trader, and why his learning program is simple the best around.

Here’s how it works, in short. Tim Sykes is a mastermind at trading. He turned his $12,415 in Bar Mitzvah gift money into $2 million, and is the number one investor on Covester.com. Tim’s stock training program includes a ton of learning guides and dvds, but his “Tim Alerts” is where the big money is. Right before Tim buys/shorts a new stock, you are sent a new stock alert… likewise whenever he sells. This alerts are sent by EMAIL and TEXT to cell. You simply buy/sell based on Tim’s recommendation… oh, by the way… he’s almost ALWAYS profitable!

How I quickly made $700+ profit today with Tim Sykes in less than 20 mins.

10:00 AM – I receive the following stock alert: “TIMalert: bought 10k LQMT at .545, signed a mysterious deal with Apple yesterday, could really ramp higher in the next few days”
10:01 AM – I quickly head over to my stock trading site ThinkorSwim.com and purchase LQMT. It’s already moving, so I get in at .594.
10:19 AM – I’m keeping a close eye on the “profit for the day” and it’s already swinging upwards of $600, so I put a SELL order in if it hits .69 per share. BANG! Sells all 7,500 shares and I walk away with another $720 profit because of Sykes recommendation.

Now, I usually BUY/SELL whenever I receive a recommendation from Tim, but this one was moving quick and I was happy with the profit in 20 minutes. Tim hadn’t sent out an alert yet to sell, and the stock is now at .84! If I stayed in I would have profited over $1800 within an hour! Obviously, your gain/loss will depend on how much you put into each stock and when you get in/out.

UPDATE: Tim Sykes releases stock alert at 11:53AM – “TIMalert: sold 10k LQMT at 85 cents/share, having trouble making new highs, i gotta play it safe, $3k profit in exactly 2 hours, potential rebuy later though

Tim Sykes isn’t a long term trading and is usually in and out of stocks within a few hours or a day or two. With this said, it’s important to always have access to your Tim Alerts and being able to trade stocks. I have Tim’s alerts sent directly to my cell, then with a click of an app, I have ThinkorSwim load up on my iPhone and I can make a trade almost instantly. Buy/Sell based on Tim’s recommendations and you are set… rinse and repeat!

Take a look at Tim Sykes’ Stock Alerts!

150 Bloggers Pack Melbourne Hotel for ProBlogger Training Day

One week ago today in Melbourne the first ever ProBlogger training day took place. What started as a spur of the moment idea less than 4 weeks before ballooned into a very worthwhile experience.

Originally I had thought it would just be a day for 10-15 bloggers gathering around a board room table talking about blogging – but it quickly turned into a sold out training day with 150 bloggers from around Australia (and one from New Zealand) packed into a hotel’s conference room to spend a full day learning about four aspects of blogging.

Speaking on the day were Chris Garrett, Yaro Starak, Collis Ta’eed, Pip Lincolne, Shayne Tilley from SitePoint and myself.

IMG_2052.JPG

We covered four main ‘pillars’ of blogger:

  1. Creating Killer Content
  2. Finding Readers
  3. Building Community and Reader Engagement
  4. Monetization

Here’s Yaro, Chris and myself – and no we didn’t coordinate our clothing for the day but we’re wondering if perhaps jeans and grey shirts are the new blogger uniform. Image by TheCreativePen.

4862200790_90d98fc9c0.jpg

There was also a couple of panels and two case studies as well as a work-shopping session.

I wasn’t quite sure how we’d pull it all together in such a short time but considering there was only a few weeks lead time the event went swimmingly with loads of requests to do it again both in Melbourne and around the country (and overseas). I’m not quite sure when or how we’ll put on another one – but I do hope we can do something similar again.

A number of people kept great notes on the day so I’ve compiled the ones I’ve found below for those of you not able to be there. Some of them are blow by blow accounts so you’ll be able to pick up a lot of the tips touched on during the day. Also below is a video shot on the day by Lara from Social Rabbit asking attendees for tips on what they learned.

Summaries/Notes from the Day

PS: we did record the day and are trying to work out what to do with the 7 or so hours of content recorded. One option is to bundle it into a DVD – if you’re interested in buying a copy please let me know in comments below to give us an indication as to whether it’s feasible to do so.
